Private by default

Your new artifact is Private unless you choose another audience. Invite people or change its audience when you're ready.

• Choose Company when everyone in your organization should be able to open the artifact.

Keep billing details current

Update your billing address, billing name, and tax ID from Manage billing so invoices use the correct VAT treatment.

• Listed prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable.
• If billing details need attention, update them in the billing portal and retry the original action.

Print clean copies of artifacts

Open More to print any artifact or save it as a PDF.

• Long documents include every page.
• The final copy keeps the artifact and leaves out menus, comments, and navigation.

See who else has an artifact open

See when teammates and invited reviewers are looking at the same artifact, making it easier to coordinate reviews and avoid duplicated feedback.

• Anonymous viewers never appear.

Update your name and profile photo

Manage your profile from Settings › Profile without changing your email address or access.

• Choose a profile photo from your computer or connected Google or Microsoft account.
• Your updated identity appears anywhere display.dev already identifies you, including the account menu, member lists, artifact history, and comments.

Publish larger files through remote MCP

Agents connected through remote MCP can publish larger HTML and Markdown files without sending the file contents through the conversation.

• The agent sends the file to api.display.dev, then publishes it with the usual name, visibility, sharing, and version checks.
• Temporary transfers expire after 15 minutes and follow the existing 10 MB Free or 50 MB paid plan limit.
• Claude Team and Enterprise admins must allow api.display.dev for Cowork code execution and start a new task.
• Personal Claude Pro and Max can still use inline publishing for smaller files, the local CLI, or dashboard upload.

Make a copy of an artifact

Create a new, independent artifact from the version you are viewing. Choose its name, visibility, and who to share it with without changing the original.

• Open More in an artifact and choose Make a copy.
• The copy starts at version 1 without discussions. People invited to the original are not carried over unless you add them to the copy.
• Agents can make copies with dsp make-copy or the make_copy MCP tool.

Find artifact authors faster

Search the artifact author filter by name or email, keep multiple people selected, and see each person’s artifact count before narrowing the list.

Manage sharing from an artifact

Open Share from an artifact to review its visibility, see who is invited, and manage access in a popup.

Transfer a company email domain

Organization Owners can now prove control of an email domain already used by another Display.dev organization, review the people who will move, and transfer the domain from an eligible empty organization.

• Publish a fresh DNS record before any people or access move.
• Review each affected person and their target role before confirming.
• Affected members sign in again after the transfer.

Find dashboard pages and artifacts

Use one search field from anywhere in the dashboard to open settings and other pages or find recently updated artifacts by name. Press Command K on macOS or Control K elsewhere to jump to it.

Edit artifacts with your agent

Use the Edit button in the artifact header to copy a ready-to-use prompt for Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or any other agent to read the artifact and update it.

• The prompt includes the artifact URL, ID, and version.
• Agents read before changing it and check the current version before updating.
• The Edit button copies the prompt on desktop, phones, and tablets.

Let agents make precise artifact edits

Agents can now search inside an artifact, read only the source they need, and publish a new version by replacing one exact passage.

• Browse artifacts separately from searching them.
• Continue long source reads without mixing artifact versions.
• Make exact edits with version checks that prevent overwriting newer work.
• Export complete source locally; remote MCP uses paginated reads to keep large files out of agent context.

Share ownership with your team

Your organization no longer has to depend on one person for member access and settings. Add another Owner to share responsibility or hand it over when roles change.

• Give a trusted teammate Owner access.
• Hand over ownership without contacting support.
• Choose what happens to a departing Owner's artifacts.
• Display.dev keeps at least one Owner in place.

Give agents artifact context in one step

Agents can now get an artifact's structure, version history, and outstanding feedback with one request through MCP or the CLI.

See open feedback at a glance

Artifact lists and detail pages now show how many comment threads are still open, so you can spot work that needs a response without opening each artifact.

Give new teammates a clear path to publishing

You no longer have to guide each new teammate through publishing yourself. The first time they open display.dev, they get the relevant web, CLI, or MCP path plus steps to publish, comment, and connect an agent.

A redesigned header for your artifacts

The artifact header now shows which organization published it and who can open it. Copy the link or Markdown, open comments, switch versions, change appearance, or report a public artifact without leaving the page.

Keep comment emails in one conversation

Replies, resolutions, and reopened threads stay together in one email conversation. Every notification shows the original selected text before the discussion.

Review and end active sessions

Get an email when a new session is created. Review every active session in Settings → Security and end any you don’t recognize.

Manage verified email domains

People with email addresses on your brand, subsidiary, or legacy domains can join your organization and open company-wide artifacts without individual invites. Additional domains require the Pro add-on or Enterprise.

Publish without naming every artifact

Publish from the CLI, API, or MCP without stopping to choose a display name. File uploads use the filename; MCP content uses “content” unless you add a custom name.

Refresh when a new version is ready

Open the latest published version without losing an in-progress comment. On current artifact pages with version controls, the version pill turns into Refresh when an update is ready.
