HTML viewer questions
Does the HTML viewer send my file to Display?
No. The page renders in your browser. Display receives the HTML only when you select Get a link.
Is it safe to open HTML from someone else here?
The viewer runs the HTML in a sandboxed frame with its own origin. Scripts in the HTML can run, but they cannot read your display.dev session, cookies or storage, and they cannot open new windows or submit forms. They can still load files from the web, so do not paste HTML from a source that you do not trust.
How long does the link work?
30 days. Open the claim link and sign in to keep the page in your Display organization. After you claim it, you can make it open only for people at your company.
Can I change the page after I get a link?
Get a link makes a new URL every time. To update one page at the same URL, claim it first. Then publish the update from your Display account or let your agent do it.
Let your agent publish the next one
Connect Cursor, Codex, Claude Code or any other agent. It publishes HTML and Markdown to a URL, and you choose who can open it.
