  • Read Fernhill handbook – start here

Day 1 – accounts and people

  • Sign in with your Google account and turn on two-step sign-in
  • Join Slack: #general, #it-help and your team channel
  • Connect your agent (Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) to Display
  • Lunch with your onboarding buddy

Days 2–3 – the product

  • Watch the 20-minute product tour with a customer success manager
  • Read the last three Weekly growth reports
  • Sit in on two customer calls

What this template is for

A first week that a new person can follow without a meeting for every step. Each day has a short checklist, the week ends with one small real task, and a table names the people to meet and why.

How teams use it

  • One guide for every new person. Make a copy for each new team member and share it with them on day one.
  • Real names, real tools. The checklist names the accounts and channels you really use, so nothing needs a follow-up question.
  • Better after each hire. Ask each new person to edit the guide at the end of their first week.
