What TiniDrop does now
Its hero reads "Send proposals. Track every read. Close faster.", over a picker for pitch decks, proposals, contracts and fundraising decks, and a drag-and-drop area for files or folders. It also hosts static sites, which is how it turns up in searches next to the drop-a-file hosts. On Solo and Pro it has a REST API that uploads files, replaces one in place at the same URL, and registers webhooks.

When TiniDrop is the right tool

Who can open it
An open URL, served with noindex, when the content is genuinely public.
Named email addresses only, each with a one-time password by email. Per person, and removable per person.
On Pro, Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID decides who gets in, and offboarding closes the page automatically.
And the loop closes. Colleagues leave inline comments, your agent reads them back over MCP, publishes a new version at the same URL, and resolves the thread.

Common questions.
Does display.dev track who read my document?
On gated artifacts you get a viewer list: people sign in, so each view has a name against it. What you do not get is page-by-page reading analytics on a PDF, which is TiniDrop's speciality.
Can I publish a PDF?
No. display.dev publishes HTML and Markdown. Ask your agent for a self-contained HTML version and it keeps the interactivity a PDF would flatten.
Which one should I use for a client report?
If the client reads it once and you want to know whether they finished it, TiniDrop. If they will come back to it, comment on it, and you will update it, display.dev – the URL stays the same across versions.
Do viewers need an account?
No. They sign in with the Google or Microsoft account they already use, or receive a one-time password by email. Nothing to install, nothing to create.
