Stop the seat
Let's stop seat-based pricing. We're building one seat big enough for the whole team: a 4.2 m chair in central London, on 3 November. Come and sit on it.

- 1We build the chair over 20 days
- 2It goes up in London on 3 November
- 3You sit on it
A team of 100 pays for 100 seats
Per-seat pricing made sense when every piece of work needed a person at a desk. Today the software does more of the work, and the bill still counts people. Every new hire adds to it.
Per seat
A team of 100, per year
€23,400
100 people × €19.50 a month × 12 months. Hire one more person and the bill goes up again.
One big seat
The protest
One seat
4.2 m tall, and the whole team fits on it. The seat is so high that you can walk under it.
Per-seat example: Notion Business, €19.50 per member per month, billed annually (notion.com/pricing, checked 15 October 2026). Many other team tools also charge per seat.
What happens on 3 November
The chair stands in central London for one day. Sign up and we email you the exact place and time.

Climb up, sit down, bring a sign. A counter next to the chair adds up what each person's seat would cost in a year.
