A visitor who opens a link costs nothing. **Viewer.** A viewer only opens the content. Display charges no fee for viewers on any plan. A publisher needs access to the organization, and readers do not. **When seats work.** Seat pricing works when most people who open the content also write it. It stops working when ten people read each document that one person writes.
